Information you send us
When you use the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number (if given), your preferred meeting format and availability, and your message. These are sent to us by email. The website itself does not store them.
We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange counselling. We do not sell them or share them for marketing. Please do not include highly sensitive details in the form; we can talk about those privately once we are in touch.
Spam protection
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being used by a person rather than an automated program. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. This check is needed for the form to work. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. It only runs if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded.
